A CAR EXPERT has revealed the latest gadgets that will make your car feel just like a Tesla.

But, now, drivers of older cars can also enjoy the features of this modern gadget thanks to a portable screen you can buy online.
One car whizz took to TikTok to share a handy new gadget that turns your average rearview mirror into a multi-functional device.
The gadget is essentially a mirror that has two cameras, CarPlay and other functions.
She explains: “It installs right over an existing mirror for an universal fit.
“It has an adjustable front dash cam plus a rearview camera you can install separately on the back of your car.”
She added that it can pair with the bluetooth on your phone so that you can access CarPlay – even if your car doesn’t have that feature pre-built in.
She went on to say that it also has a split display so that drivers can use their GPS and play music at once, and you can easily switch back to a mirror at the touch of a button.
Different smart mirrors are being manufactured by multiple tech companies, but are currently sell for an average of $100 on Amazon.
And for those of you that already have CarPlay built into their car’s system, the car expert has also revealed a new gadget that saves them from the hassle of inconvenient wires.
She revealed that you can now purchase an adaptor that’ll convert your CarPlay into a bluetooth connection.
The expert said: “The gadget allows you to use Apple CarPlay wirelessly by plugging in the adaptor and pairing it with your phone.
“Other passengers can connect to it to share music and directions.
“It’s compact so you can travel with it or store it when not in use.”
It is important to note that this gadget only works if your car already has CarPlay and you just want to bypass having to use wires.
Other car experts have shared similar gadgets that can make your car feel like a brand-spanking new, modern drive.
One motoring whizz posted a TikTok clip recommending the CarPlayPlo, a plug-in touchscreen which connects to your phone.
You can buy the gadget for £80 on the CarPlay website, or pick up a second-hand one for around £50 on eBay.
The expert said: “This car gadget will make your old car feel like a Tesla.
“Don’t worry, it’s not one of those steering wheel covers.
“This right here is the CarPlayPro. It plugs in through your cigarette port.
“Then you pop it on the dash, and there you have CarPlay.
“It works with any car through Bluetooth – and that’s how you get CarPlay without breaking the bank.”
